Chef José had a lifelong dream of combining his passion for fresh, farm to table cuisine with a desire to bring distinct, regional spices and flavors of Mexico to a new audience. Here at Las Palmas, Chef has created unique specialties for discriminating diners unlike anything you will find offered at other Mexican restaurants, along with his take on all the traditional favorites.
